Everyone who comes to my classes are there for themselves and they do not care what the person is doing next to them.

Clubasize

Clubbercise is a great class which is done in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks. Easy to follow routines to 90s – present day club anthems. Those with mental health conditions, have a physical or learning disability and even ladies trying to lose weight, have commented on how much they love the class and how much it has improved their confidence and self-esteem.

I also run a Zumba and Zumba Toning class in Pewsey which is very relaxed and everyone opens newcomers with open arms. Many have made new friends by coming. This is a cardio / resistance class so not only do you burn the calories off you tone up too all whilst having fun.

I also works for the Inclusion team at Swindon Borough Council, where they provide many different fitness and sporting sessions for adults with physical or learning disabilities.

We are about to launch a Seated SOSA class for the council in the next few months.
