In a male dominated environment, she has continued to prove her strength of character by being the only Female playing League Hockey at U18 level in our local Academy.
Building on this she was the first Female player to be selected to play in a prestigious tournament for the Okanagan Academy (the leading Junior Academy in the UK)
Jessica was also recently selected as 1 of only 3 to represent the UK at the International Ice Hockey Federations, Women’s High-Performance Camp in Finland.

As a daughter Jess is a fantastic Girl, modest yet driven and pushes to be a role model for other girls in sport. She has made us enormously proud both as a young woman and as an Athlete.
Unfortunately, as her level in sport rises so does the cost of facilitating her activities.
Jessica is the first Female player in the UK to be offered a full-time placement at the Okanagan Ice Hockey Academy, a dream she has had for years.
As with all top Academies in any sport the price of this is significant and is becoming beyond the means of our family’s income.
We are hoping that by reaching out to people and companies across Wiltshire and Swindon, we would be able to secure some financial sponsorship to help with the costs of making her dream a reality.
If sponsorship is not an option it would be great if you could make a donation to her GO FUND ME page or share the link on your social media platforms. Link to her page is below.
With your help, Jessica is hopeful to complete her final Junior year & fore fill her full potential with OHA aspiring to progress to play professionally in Canada / US or Europe.
Thank you for Taking the time to read this I hope you will be able to help a local Girl reach her goals and fore fill her dreams.
Obviously, Jess would be more than happy to participate in any publicity / social media exposure you would wish to do should you be in a position to support her.
