Based across the county on 4 main campuses and with 4 smaller centers, the College offers an extensive range of courses at all levels and has ambitious plans for growth in a region with exciting potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Wiltshire College Activator position to join our Lackham Campus. This role part time (18.5 hours p/week, flexible working hours), term time only, on a fixed term contract initially for one year.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively engage students and motivate them to be more active and sustain activity so that it has a positive impact on their physical and mental wellbeing now and in the future. They will have experience in supporting individuals to meet agreed objectives and milestones and be able to demonstrate effective  communication and organisational skills The candidate will also hold a Level 2 Literacy and numeracy qualification or will be willing to work towards,
