World Maternal Mental Health day is 4th May

mentalhealthinfographics v7 04 07 17carouselSport and physical activity has a powerful and positive effect on mental health. That's why we're investing heavily in national and local projects that are changing lives. 

Sport England are on the lookout for stories of mothers who have experienced a mental disorder either during pregnancy or during motherhood, and have found that physical activity has benefited their mental wellbeing and are willing to share their story.
