WASP fully support and promote Sport England's #StayInWorkOut campaign.  We have been amazed by the response from coaches, clubs, teachers, sports people, children, celebrities (the list is endless!) up and down the country who have posted some really fantastic ideas and resources to help people keep active at home during the Coronavirus lockdown.  We will regular update this page with some of our favourites, but be sure to follow @wiltssport on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook for even more!

Some tips for exercising at home are:

  1. Create a daily routine that includes time to exercise
  2. Change into appropriate clothes and footwear to get in the right frame of mind
  3. Crank up your favourite tunes to get inspired!
  4. Choose an activity that's right for your fitness levels (talk it over with a health professional if you are not sure)
  5. Drink plenty of water
