GoodGym 1st Anniversary Celebrations!

The group will be meeting at the usual time of 6pm at Better Oasis and walking/jogging/running to the Haven Day Centre to help Swindon Night Shelter with a lifting, shifting and gardening task…! Now that we have walking groups on our shorter runs, there is something for everyone here, so please do join us; cake, company and a little bit of exercise are guaranteed that evening.

If you can’t make it that evening and want to experience the GoodGym love another time, they will also be celebrating their birthday at Swindon parkrun. Not only will there be a parkrun takeover, but afterwards you are invited to hang out in St Johns Hollow and enjoying a GoodGym BBQ thanks to thrir good friends at Lydiard Park. Everyone will be catered for with meat, vegetarian, vegan and ‘free from’ options available. Just don’t forget to bring a little bit of food and drink with you that day.
