Hoof is the British Equestrian Federation’s Olympic and Paralympic legacy campaign which aims to encourage more people to take up horse riding, driving, vaulting and volunteering. By connecting people to riding centres, schools, clubs and equestrian sporting organisations, Hoof is helping more people to discover horses, get fit and improve their well being.Take Back The Reins is a series of riding lessons providing specifically designed coaching to support a rider’s first steps back into the saddle - it’s never too late to rekindle or discover a love of horses.

Horse riding is a hugely varied sport with rewarding offerings for everyone to enjoy - able bodied and disabled people alike.
